Beach and Fireworks

That past couple of days have been filled with lots of lounging with little to no productivity. Okay, actually zero productivity, but that's why that call it vacation right?

I decided that my annual July 4th trip to Daytona would be the perfect testing ground for the latest additions to my camera bag (including the bag itself!), which included a new vertical grip and a 24-70 F2.8 L series lens.

I must say that the 2.8 did extremely well especially on the beach for the fireworks display (which was incredibly dark) and overall I'm very happy with it's performance. Oh and that vert grip is a lifesaver!
